Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards have issued a charge against licensed trainer Greg Norman under Australian Harness Racing Rule (AHRR) 190(1) which states:
A horse shall be presented for a race free of prohibited substances.
It is alleged that Mr Norman presented the horse ‘Blue Coman’ to race at Bendigo on 24 November 2020 when not free of the prohibited substance dexamethasone.
The charges will be heard by the Victoria Racing Tribunal on a date to be fixed.
