Trainers, particularly those that are travelling to the Mildura Cup Carnival, are reminded that under Australian Harness Racing Rule (AHRR) 119C, a horse shall not be stabled at any location other than the trainer’s registered training establishment unless prior approval has been given by the Stewards.
If a horse is established to be at a location other than the trainer’s registered training establishment, the horse concerned may be withdrawn or disqualified from any relevant race.
