On 24 June 2025, the Victorian Racing Tribunal (VRT) considered four (4) charges issued by Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards against licensed stablehand Lisa Horton under Australian Harness Racing Rules (AHRR) 231(1)(d), 231(2) and 231(1)(a).
