RACE 6- SOUTHERN CROSS OFFICE EQUIPMENT (SCOE) TROTTERS HANDICAP (2150 SS)
Haydon Gray, Co trainer of Rigondeaux, advised that subsequent to the event Rigondeaux was examined by the stable veterinarian which revealed the gelding displaying a virus which a lung flush was performed. Mr Gray added Rigondeaux would now be spelled.
RACE 7- SHEAHAN PLUMBING PACE (2150 MS)
David Moran, trainer of Lochinvar Chief, advised that subsequent to the event an endoscopic examination revealed Lochinvar Chief having a displaced palette, Lochinvar Chief has undergone throat surgery at Goulburn Valley Equine Hospital Lochinvar Chief will now be required to be spelled for three (3) months.

RACE 7- CARLTON & UNITED BREWERIES TROT (2180 MS)
Courtney Slater, trainer of Fremarkspoetry, advised that subsequent to the event the mare failed to recover as expected furthermore Fremarkspoetry underwent chiropractic therapy which revealed the mare to have general tightness in the shoulder & hindquarter regions. Ms Slater advised Fremarkspoetry will now be given a slight let up from racing before continuing with the current preparation.

Matthew Craven, trainer of Surely Not, advised that subsequent to the event the gelding failed to recover as expected and will now be placed on a course of antibiotics.
RACE 4- TAB Long May We Play PACE (2180 MS)
Margaret Lee, trainer of Jilliby Nitro, advised that subsequent to the event the colt was examined by the stable veterinarian which failed to reveal any abnormalities. Mrs Lee was at a loss to explain the performance other than the colt was second up after an extended period off from racing.
Matthew Craven, trainer of Itzamajor Surprise, advised that subsequent to the event the mare showing discomfort in the stifle region which Itzamajor Surprise will now have veterinary treatment to the joints.

RACE 1 – DNR LOGISTICS PACE (2240 MS)
Josh Aiken stable representative David Aiken, trainer of Pirate Bay NZ, advised that subsequent to the event the gelding was examined by the stable veterinarian which failed to reveal any abnormalities. Mr Aiken attributed the performance to Pirate Bay NZ can have a tendency to race inconsistent.
RACE 7 – BENSTUD MAKE MINE CULLEN (GROUP 3) (1720 MS)
Clayton Tonkin stable representative for Emma Stewart, trainer of Kualoa, advised that subsequent to the event blood tests failed to reveal any abnormalities. Mr Tonkin attributed the performance to the mare being second up from a spell after a strong first up performance.
