RACE 9- BARASTOC TROT (2190 MS)

Chris Lang, trainer of Full Noise NZ advised that subsequent to the event the gelding to recovered satisfactorily. Mr Lang advised he has undertaken gear alterations on the gelding where the gelding trialled well at Kilmore on 29th September. Mr Lang advised Full Noise is engaged at Ballarat 2nd October 2020.

RACE 3 – NIOTA BLOODSTOCK TROT (2240 MS)

John Justice, trainer of Hatchback, advised that subsequent to the event the gelding failed to recover as expected and has now been spelled.

RACE 6 – TAB MINUTEMAN FREE FOR ALL (2240 MS)

Craig Cross, trainer of Zenart NZ, advised that subsequent to the event the entire to have recovered well. Mr Cross advised Zenart NZ has had a tendency previously not to race in a genuine manner prior to joining his stable, Zenart will now return to his NSW stables and possibly given a spell.

Craig Demmler, trainer of My Kiwi Mate NZ, advised that subsequent to the event the gelding was examined by the stable veterinarian and X-Rays revealed the gelding to have suffered a fracture in the off hind cannon bone, My Kiwi Mate NZ has subsequently underwent surgery. Mr Demmler advised My Kiwi Mate NZ will now be more then likely retired from racing.

Amanda Grieve, trainer of Cruz Bromac NZ advised that subsequent to the event blood tests failed to reveal any abnormalities. Cruz Bromac NZ was also examined by the stable veterinarian which found no abnormalities. Ms Grieve added Cruz Bromac NZ has worked satisfactorily since and is at a loss to explain the performance and will continue with the current preparation.

RACE 7 – HYGAIN 3YO PACE (2240 MS)

Craig Cross, trainer of Bomb Suit NZ, advised that subsequent to the event the colt to recovered satisfactorily. Mr Cross attributed the performance to Bomb Suit NZ possibly choking down during the event as reported by driver John Caldow. Mr Cross advised Bomb Suit NZ will now return to his NSW stable where the colt would be given a let up from racing before continuing with the preparation.

RACE 8 – CATANACH’S JEWELLERS PACE (2240 MS)

Stephen O’Donoghue, Co trainer of Wayonbye, advised that subsequent to the event the gelding to have a slight muscle strain in the shoulder. Mr O’Donoghue advised the gelding would be given a slight let up from racing prior to continuing with the current preparation.
