Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards have issued a charge against licensed trainer Trevor Monk under Australian Harness Racing Rule (AHRR) 190(1) which states:
A horse shall be presented for a race free of prohibited substances.
It is alleged that Mr Monk presented the horse ‘Terrorleen’ to race at Bendigo on 23 June 2020 when not free of the prohibited substance hydrochlorothiazide.
The charge will be heard by the Victoria Racing Tribunal on a date to be fixed.
