Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards have issued charges against unlicensed person Robert Murray under the following Australian Harness Racing Rules (AHRR):
- AHRR 218, in relation to an alleged failure to properly care for a horse for which Mr Murray had an alleged responsibility for its welfare;
- AHRR 91(1)(a), in relation to allegedly carrying on activity regulated by licence while not holding a current licence between 30 December 2020 and 9 April 2021; and
- AHRR 231(2), in relation to alleged misconduct before Stewards on 9 April 2021.
The charges will be heard by the Victorian Racing Tribunal on a date to be fixed.
