Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards have issued a charge against unlicensed person Raharna McDonald under Australian Harness Racing Rule 218, in relation to an alleged failure to properly care for a horse for which Ms McDonald had an alleged responsibility for its welfare.
The charge will be heard by the Victorian Racing Tribunal on a date to be fixed.
